These two quotes express the "source" material for my work. I find that I actually need to express myself in art to make sense of life to myself. In getting clearer about this process for myself I have found great joy not only in sharing the finished work, but in sharing the process of making art.

I have created a studio that anyone can come to and have an experience of the joy of the creative process at work. I call it Sacred Play because when we open ourselves to the notion of "play"....there is an open ended freedom to creativity. "Play" married to "Sacred" gives one a grounded reverence to the process of making art.

As an artist I am daily working on several bodies of work. I find my own work greatly enhanced by the synergy of "playmates".

On this website I will have not only my own work for sale or show, but will also have the work of "playmates". In addition there will be groups, classes, and artist retreats.
